I am helping a loved one out of a bad — very bad — a real estate situation. After talking to Tanya, I gained the knowledge to successfully navigate the best path forward. Before speaking to her, I was apprehensive about working with an attorney. Why? Because I know they earn a living by selling their services. Even though they are fiduciaries, I was still skeptic. However, Tanya gave me the raw truth. And I genuinely felt like her advice was designed to resolve the situation without further assistance from her.

Professional service provided by Tanya, helped me launch a new LLC and understand the legal requirements for operating an LLC company. Outside of the scope of services provided consultation regarding business partnership agreement. I will be hiring Tanya concerning the partnerships agreement. My attorneys and I were amazed at the service we received from Tanya Nebo. She closed a difficult real estate transaction for us in an extremely tight time frame. None of us thought it would be possible to get closed prior to year end, but not only did she do it, but she was organized and easy to reach throughout the entire process.
