Forrest B Johnson and Associates was a God send when an inattentive truck driver slammed into the back of my car, with all three kids in it during my morning schools drop off. In the midst of confusion and shock, my oldest daughter immediately said she thought Ms. Leitra could help us. She was so right. From start to finish, Leitra and her staff (at Forrest B. Johnson & Associates) worked diligently to ensure we received proper care for our injuries, and fought to get us the best possible settlement with the insurance company. They acted as a guide and reassurance during this troubling time. The bible exhortation that a child shall lead you is certainly true. I did not know what to do, at all, but a light was shone within the darkness. I highly recommend this law firm.

I want the start by saying that i met Forest B. Johnson during an accident that he himself had been in he refferred me to his office when i told him about an accident i was just in the day before. Trusting him, i decided to contact his office the next day. From that day forward things were terrible. Communication was HORRIBLE. I informed them that i had never dealt with this so i would like to be updated on what is happening with my case every two weeks, NOPE! They NEVER did it. They NEVER called me first and only sent me one email per MY request. After being so shocked that they were this unprofessional, i began to request to speak with Mr.Johnson several times, that NEVER happened. They would tell me that they would leave the message for him but instead i would get a call from my paralegal not giving me any answers. They randomly removed themselves from my case without updating me by phone or mail. Instead, i received a call from my chiropractor that was very confused on why they had received a letter stating that Forest B. Johnson was no longer representing me and i was completed cluess. Later to find out that they had actually sent the letter to my grandmothers house, which was not even listed as my mailing address but only the address on my license. I must say that this was a terrible experience and i was very disappointed to know that Forest B. Johnson and associates worked so unprofessionally since i had met Mr.Johnson himself and he seemed very professional. Again, i wouldn’t refer anyway to them. I begged to be updated and still was never updated. Terrible experience.
