Matt helped us navigate through some very complex tax and business transactions which had great amount of financial and legal detail and multi-year issues making it very challenging. Matt is a very structured and thorough lawyer able to look all legal aspects but with a business and common sense approach. Importantly, he is there for us constantly, really caring for our issue and has a very good approach and attitude. The accessibility and rapid response makes having him as a lawyer very supporting. We are absolutely very happy with his service!

Mr. Abernethy is a very understanding and knowledgeable attorney. His commitment and diligence in my case was notable. My only qualm with his services was, at times I felt out of the loop, but on that same note, it was nice to have an attorney I could trust fully with my case without worrying if things were being done.
