Word of advice if you are ever in an accident: if you can deal with the insurance company yourself, “do that.” What I didn’t find out until after the fact, is that if you reject the insurance companies offer, they will refer you to another law firm, “trial lawyer”, and in almost 2 years they have managed to do nothing but raise the offer by a small percentage, negotiate some of my medical bills, and charge me additional fees. “ I could have negotiated my own medical bills: Lesson learned!”
