The Staff from first phone call until conclusion of case was very professional, polite, and easy to speak with, really appreciate Ms.Regina Banks ( Case Manager), for her compassion and listening ear. Attorney Tiffany Brown-Morris was very attentive and concise. She didn't hesitate to answer any and all concerns. Attorney Ronnie Mabra, bright, energetic hands on lawyer, that made himself available to My questions and concerns as well. I am grateful for the outcome and should I need another personal injury firm Mabra is My choice. I must recant My first assessment of My dealings with this Law Firm. I must admit I was only impacted out of ignorance. Yes I said Mabra was My choice, and that's because I'm a humble person, don't really care for the Judicial system of any sort, and having been enlightened by the connection to Insurance companies Attorneys will always fair well, how else can they take cases without fees up front? Nevertheless accidents do occur and We've been conditioned to "Trust" Attorneys to be a voice for Us😏 I went to Mabra for a second time, not Only did they do things in a way I felt were incomplete and unprofessional, their skills and professional presentation is like a rehearsed skit, to get you settled with anything and send you on your way. If it's a "Personal Injury Claim" why do the doctors and lawyers make out on money and the injured person is still injured, an embarrassing offer, not getting better still need medical attention because one is unable to afford the care they need and struggle to process healing and maintain a normal life they had before accident? This firm made a demand , and of course it's not a guarantee you get what they ask, (go high so they can negotiate) that's fine if attorney is a Great negotiator for you other than that why do we need a mouthpiece? If you go high and settle with paying the few bills made and yet, I am still unable to go back to work, affordable insurance is now available but how about all the times I needed to go and still suffering from pain and injuries and added pain. I don't believe they have enough experience and if you need an Attorney please shop around, and don't allow all the Billboards with MABRA on it become a subliminal memory. Do what I didn't know better about shop around and get someone that will explain up front what they are actually able to do, what you may or may not expect, explain to you how the process works. Mabra shouldn't be a first choice.

Shanera Andrews OMG she was exceptionally helpful, polite and professional from the initial point of contact. I called her several times and she followed up in a timely manner. I followed up with Josetta, she never made me feel as if I was worrisome. I’d highly recommend this firm!!!

Being that this was my first time having a lawyer fight for me in a at accident case I didn't have alot to compare to . But in all aspects I was happy . They made me feel like I was coming to a aunt for help with something lol . It was a very pleasing experience.
