Got hit by an 18 wheeler and was given a “$3900 settlement.” Other attorneys are saying this is outrageous and that something is fishy here. Either they did not do their due diligence in pursuing the other party in damages, or they held onto a good chunk of the actual settlement. Back is permanently screwed up from this accident.They also give out gift cards for these reviews. (which is also illegal). These guys are scumbags. Beware of these people. Please do not make a decision based off of these reviews. I have given them the opportunity to make this right.

Van Sant is a great law firm to go to if you want a smooth and easy process to handle your injury claim case. The attorney’s are easy to work and communicated everything clearly and efficiently. They handled everything my case with well and always made sure all my questions were answered.

I was rear-ended parked at a stop sign, and I called van Sant law that same day. They got me started with treatment the next morning. They kept in contact and I’m very satisfied with what I walked away with. Will definitely be calling them again if I ever get into accident!

After I was rear end I called contact van sant law and the next day I was contact by Parker & was already set up with a chiro the next day, he fought to get me the highest payout and reduced my bills and was very caring and understanding. This being a first time in the situation for me im thankful I choose San vant law.
