After I was involved in a car accident in which I was injured, I felt that I needed legal representation to help me through the process of being reimbursed for my medical expenses and numerous costs resulting from the accident. Having never worked with an attorney, I was nervous about the whole process, but I knew I needed help. I filled out a few online inquiry forms with different accident attorneys and within less than an hour, Parker reached out to me. From our first phone call, he was able to put me at ease and help guide me through the process of getting adequate medical care. I was so impressed with Parker and Rachel as they walked me through my case. They were very responsive and always willing to talk through any questions that I had. Rachel really went above and beyond, communicating with the insurance company on my behalf and answering (sometimes unrelated) questions about how to handle the fallout of the accident. In a time that was incredibly stressful and painful for me, both physically and emotionally, the wonderful people at Van Sant Law truly were my life raft. I am extremely grateful for their representation. Ultimately, they resolved my case much more quickly than expected and with a very favorable outcome. I sincerely hope that I do not have a future need for a personal injury attorney, but if I do, I absolutely would not hesitate to call them again.

Where do I begin???? I’ve been involved in two unfortunate car accidents within the last 2 years. Van sant law has been my representation for both. The whole process was smooth. Kate responded to my every concern in a timely manner. Even when she wasn’t in the office, she responded. I really admire her hard work and dedication.
