When we called their office for help, they responded quickly and came to our house in a few days. Everyone was very courteous and kept us informed. Calls were returned in a timely manner. When we had extra questions, they looked into it and tried to get answers for us. When the other insurance company wanted to give us less than we deserved, Parker Van Sant fought for a fair settlement. They explained all parts of the final offer. They helped us through this emotional situation.
We really appreciated their help.
