The Brown Firm was very transparent from start to finish. Lauren was super awesome. She always keep me informed good or bad with a step by step time frame within every 30 days. Any concerns I had was always addressed promptly. Phone calls were always responded to usually the same day or within 24 hours. Mr. Sneed the attorney does exactly what needs to be done. Who knew the insurance company would be the better option to settle with, as to having this place handle my case. Basically could’ve gotten more money by settling direct. My atty did nothing for me! She actually told me I did most of the work, but yet she still took $3300. I would go months without hearing from her, and most of the time I had to call her for an update. I feel I was was mislead into going with this law firm, under promises of money they would get for me. What a waste of time, and a waste of my money. I would NEVER recommend the Brown Law Firm.
