Working with The Mabra Firm has been a pleasure. The staff members beginning with the receptionist to the attorneys have been personable and responsive. When I needed a document urgently, the receptionist weathered Atlanta traffic to get it to me expeditiously. They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. The attorneys are knowledgeable and efficient. The quality of their legal work is truly exceptional.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the Mabra firm. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They calmed my fears as they thoroughly answered my questions and quickly returned my phone calls. They turned what could've been a long nightmare situation into a short-lived pleasant case. I've used other law firms before but none have come close to the customer service, friendliness and professionalism that I've experienced at the Mabra firm.

Excellent experience! The Mabra Firm handled every aspect of my case beyond expectation. They were genuinely concerned about my injury, the medical treatment that I was receiving, and about getting me a maximum recovery. I was very happy with the outcome of my case and was impressed at the practice Ronnie Mabra has built. I was especially happy that Attorney Reggie Lewis was prepared to take my case all the way to trial and stood up to the insurance company on several occasions when they tried to scare me with treats of "Attorney's Fees." This is a professional firm. Their central location - in the heart of the city of Atlanta, the beautiful office, and the sympathetic and sincere service was exactly what I was looking for (after my horrible experience with a previous firm (which I dropped)). I felt that Ron Mabra knew what I was going through, how much time I didn’t have and handled my case in the way that made me sleep with ease despite being injured.

They took my case and promised me they would be accommodating and helpful. The adjuster denied liability even though the other party got cited two tickets and was clearly at fault. So they dropped my case after the realized they was going to get any money. They told me last minute, so now I'm stuck with the $4,000 chiropractor bill and $1,500 in damages. They lied to me constantly and I had to always follow up or do the things they were suppose to do. For instance: getting the police report, setting up the appointment for the recorded statement with the adjuster, etc. EVERYTHING!!!! They are evil, unprofessional, and rude. I would never recommend them to anyone. To be honest find another PROFESSIONAL and RESPECTABLE firm.
