Working with Norm made our lawsuit so much easier for myself and my husband. He was very pleasant and patient with all calls. Every question I had was answered quickly and simply so I knew what to expect. He kept us informed weekly as to how things were going. Hopefully we will not need his services again but if we do, we would not hesitate in calling him. And we certainly recommend him to all of our friends.

Working with Norm and his office was so nice. He made a nerve wracking process easy and was always open with all information. He gave me choices as the process went along and would share advice, but never pressured me to do anything in a certain way. I hope to not have another accident, but would definitely work with him again if the need arose.
