Tom Holder is the most wonderful attorney to hire for injured workers. I would recommend him strongly to anyone in need.

I have to the best experience with Natalie Elkins and her PA who was wonderful with the process I was going through. They lead me in the right direction and keep me from being overwhelmed. I give them more stars if it was allowed and would recommend her to anyone needing help.

I initially chose this firm because of the reviews stating that the firm was very responsive to their clients, however, that was not my experience. I was only able to speak with my attorney twice regarding my Worker's Comp case which initiated in December 2021 and was concluded in June 2022. I only received one letter of correspondence from his office regarding my case (the engagement letter) and although he had a legal assistant assigned to my case, it was very difficult to get a her to respond to my inquiries and questions regarding my case. Each inquiry was sent either via email, telephone call/voicemail. I was truly made to feel like my case was not at the top of his priority list; maybe because it did not gross a large enough profit for his firm. It was very disappointing not to have been kept informed or given adequate legal advise or guidance regarding my case. I also was very disappointed with the negotiation of my settlement and the final settlement offer.

Had the opportunity to meet a few great attorneys and staff members at this wonderful law firm! Mrs. Chinny was my initial attorney and Mrs. Monica was my go to for any questions. Brian is the other attorney alongside Chinny and I just want to say I am grateful for all you guys have done for my this past year! I was a wreck and you all held me together as best you could. I want to say I love every aspect of how my case was approached and handled the entire time. This whole experience was a tragedy, but Ramos and Law made it a lot easier to deal with. I will always recommend Ramos and Law to anyone.

I have to say I really found a few friends at this law firm! I was referred here by another lawyer who could not take on my case as it's not his area of expertise. Chinny created a bond with me from jump and never went more than a day before speaking to me, even if it was via text or email. Monica was always there to listen to me as if she were my daughter or one of my four sisters. We literally would speak for like 30 minutes and that's because I am such a crybaby when I am sick. She never rushed me off the phone and her tone of voice is so soothing that I never wanted to hang up. I will always recommend Ramos and Law to anyone as I know they are competent and knowledgeable in what they do. I was given every bit of advice and aftercare I needed for the injures I sustained. I gained an extended family this past year and I feel like I could still call upon them if I need to even though my case was closed. Brian took the time to sit with me and dive into what my plans were since we have to part ways and I greatly appreciate that talk. I hate my hair was not done as I had to take a picture and do a video, but even with my ponytail I told nothing, but the truth and I hope anyone who is reading this will feel me and give them a try. as you will not regret it. My experience with Gerber & Holder was insightful. I was never kept in the dark about my case, I was constantly informed about any and all developments. I personally would like to thank Allison Yates. Allison was my go to person if I had any questions and or concerns about my case. Not to mention, that Allison had experienced a serious injury, as she worked throughout her recover and still managed to assist me on several occasions. As for Natalie Elkins, her knowledge of the ins and outs of Worker’s Compensation protocols is commendable. As well as her dedication, patience and willingness to assure and reassure specifically me, of her intentions in reference to making sure that I received what I was entitled to!!! Natalie was short of amazing!!! If you’re in need of Worker’s Compensation lawyers to fight for your right to be compensated, I highly recommend Gerber and Holder!

Well let me start by saying my injury happened October 13, 2021. I didn’t know anything about how to proceed with all of the things happening etc. but I knew one thing that they were liable for all the bills and etc I was going to be getting for a while. I did a little google search came across a few workers comp firms and calling trying to get someone on the phone. All machines and robots. Then I came across Gerber and Holder , Natalie is an amazing workers comp lawyer. Also I can tell she is so passionate about helping people genuinely. Throughout the whole process she was very responsive and open with me about my options on how to proceed with my case. She made sure I understood completely all of the ins and outs. Literally took the load off of my shoulders with having to communicate with the insurance companies , handled billing and ,made sure I had everything I needed. I literally wasn’t left in the dark about anything she had my back every step of the way. She let me make my own decisions regarding treatment and how I wanted to pursue the case. Natalie is great, honestly would recommend her to anyone that has a workers comp case.
