I was injured at work and the insurance company seemed to be dragging their feet approving treatment that the doctors requested, once approved the doctors also seemed drag to their feet with scheduling. You definitely feel like you’re different when your a worker’s compensation patient. That’s when I called Gerber & Holder, they immediately took on me case to ensure I got the treatment I needed. Christopher Gifford was assigned to me and he kept in constant contact, just checking on me and my family. He worked diligently so make sure I was completely taken care of. Once he got involved, the ball started rolling and treatments were approved and appointments were scheduled in a timely manner. Always available to answer my questions, and made sure I understood every detail. Thank you to Chris and the staff at Gerber & Holder, job well done!
