Benjamin Gerber is fast, a great person and good at getting you the money you need in a short time frame for injuries amounting to around $100k. I don’t know how he is in court but he handles mediation’s well!

I've contacted them about TWO different cases they don't handle any of the cases they say they do which is absolutely hilarious. I'm not sure how they're still in business but DON'T USE THEM. They can't even help you find someone who CAN do their job. I've never seen such a pathetic excuse for an attorney's office.

Glad that others had a good experience - they acted like they were representing me, took my info, had me sign agreements and just quit my case out of the blue with no reason as to why. Now I have to start over blind, at least they could have told me something that could help me for the next law firm. Now Chinny won't even answer my phone calls. Real professionals, they are - putting cases in jeopardy by abandoning them high and dry. I wonder if they will be asking for thier pay from the WC board, though?

Ben was straight up and down. Never talked in circles. He kept my best interest at heart even when I got impatient. His staff was helpful and friendly. Though the process was not easy Ben Gerber and Associates made as easy as they could. Ben got me the medical treatment I needed when the insurance company didn't want to let me see a doctor, even though I needed knee surgery. He got it done. I recommend Ben Gerber and Associates to anyone with a workman's comp issue. Thanks again Ben!
