Let me start by saying - I never write reviews - this is my first one ever. Last year, my son was in a car accident, and of course the other driver was at fault. The situation was such that we knew right away we needed to seek an attorney, but really didn't know where to start. There were the usual suspects - (For the People, The Strong Arm, One call that's All, etc..) but I really didn't want to go with one of those national firms - thinking they must be all about volume rather than quality. So I did my research, and found Tobin Injury Law. All I can say is it was the best decision ever. Darren and his team are a first class firm, and they truly offer a personal touch. That being said - without results that wouldn't mean much. But let me tell you -- if you want results - this is your firm - period. We were blown away by the outcome! For expectations - these cases are not necessarily quick - think in terms of months, in my case a little over a year, but that was mainly due to the medical situation that needed to be fully addressed which took a few months. Darren and his team guided us along the way regarding how to document everything while building the case. Just follow their instructions (ie: be an engaged client) and this firm will take care of you. Nothing is a guarantee. I'm sure some cases are stronger than others - but in my opinion if you want to maximize your case, these are the people to sign up with.
