I was referred to Mr. Tobin from a 20 year friend/lawyer, who was unable to handle my case do to him being in NC. From day one, Mr. Tobin was listened to me, helped me to to the doctors I needed and answered any questions I had. I was taken care of quickly, and his team was always just a phone call away if and when any issues came up. Ms. Cheryl was calling and checking on me on a regular basis, such a sweet amazing lady, any questions I had she had the answer to or she would have me on the phone with Mr. Tobin and he would be able to answer my questions or guide me through how to handle a situation. When dealing with the craziness that come from your car being totaled, you and your partner are both injured, getting the doctors you need to recover, and someone who treats you like a person not a number or just another case.. My experience with his Darrin Tobin lawyers has been amazing. Even through the cove it 19 shut downs, him and his staff have been very close with communication and updates and very hands-on. They have kept me in the loop get me with all the details and information that I need. And I would choose him as my lawyer if I am ever in another situation where needed. He’s very upfront with everything. And there’s nothing that blindsided me. Which in these days is hard to come by. He was very thorough and very firm with the other lawyers and I’m happy with the outcome that I’ve gotten from the Tobin office. From him to his staff to his assistant they were all great and lovely. I am a recipient of their scholarship for college students. As a person who come from a low income family, this literally makes going to school possible.
