I’m a retired lawyer and In June 2021 I was T-boned, my car was totaled and the other driver got a ticket. Not being from Atlanta, I needed someone to get me to a really good Personal Injury lawyer. Fortunately, my son-in-law is also an Atlanta lawyer. He told me Darren Tobin and his law firm were small but truly exceptional and I’d be in good hands if they would take my case. I could say lots of good things but I can make it very simple… my case just settled for more money than I ever expected and I got my check for the total amount in days! And at least 2 years sooner than my case could even have gotten into court! Tobin Law is more than good lawyers, they’re good people - friendly, respectful, helpful and patient. All of this is especially meaningful for me because I’m turning 80 and I don’t have time to waste on lawyers and insurance companies. My case got settled so quickly and so well because of Darren’s reputation as a Trial Lawyer and his professional relationship with the insurance company’s trial lawyer. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!
