Rude , Biased and Arrogant . Do not use their services.

My attorney was Christopher Gifford. He’s an excellent attorney who’s very detail-oriented and a very easy person to work with. He always kept me up to date on everything. I would highly recommend him.. The staff at Attorney Gerber’s office was very nice and professional. Thank you so much for everything Chris!!

I can honestly say that what I have been through and the way Natalie Elkins and Joanna Bardis helped me through was beyond what I could imagine. They easied my mind on many occasions. Definitely would recommend.

I’m giving Gerber & Holder 5 stars because I’ve settled a few cases in my life & Gerber & Holder has by far giving me the best experience. So as I’ve made that statement I must 100% give all of those credits to attorney N. Elkins & her paralegal J. Bardis. Mrs. Elkins was very articulate in explaining my case & anything regarding my case from day one to settling to the day I walked in to pickup my check. She helped me (which she cannot guarantee, yet was able to do due to her expertise) get the maximum amount of finances I could get for my case. She has never shied away from answering any question of mine & never once showed any signs of impatience, aggravation, or etc as you will sometimes get with other attorneys. Also, she never once made me feel like she was too busy to assist me, or made me feel like I should rush to settle. I 100% felt like I was in the driver seat when it came to my case. IF I COULD SOMEHOW REQUEST A SALARY RAUSE FOR HER I 1,000% would. She’s a great person & attorney. Now we have Mrs. Bardis whom is Mrs. Elkins paralegal as I stated before. Mrs. Bardis is very patient as well & the few times I spoke with her she never hesitated to assist me to her fullest abilities. She always reports very accurate information & is readily available to assist you if Mrs. Elkins isn’t available due to being in a meeting, etc. 10/10 experience with Mrs. Bardis as well. I want to say my review alone speaks in how great Gerber & Holder is, especially Mrs. Elkins & Mrs. Bardis specifically. I say this because as many of us know once we settle it’s so easy to move forward with our lives not given recognition to those whom assisted us. I had to be sure to leave a very accurate review on my experience because it couldn’t have been better by a chance. Thank you very much Mrs. Elkins, Mrs. Bardis, & Gerber & Holder! I HIGHLY recommend anyone to allow this firm to represent you in your case!

Calvin was very personable and informative. He explained everything in detail. But more than that he helped put a positive spin on a situation for me that was both painful and worrisome.

Very professional and attentive to my individual case and my individual needs. They didn't just move me through the process and treat me like I was a number.
