Emails were constant when needed as well as phone contact. His retainer was more than fair. His referral came from my sister's friend and neighbor (also a paralegal) who's husband's estate was handled by Mr. Libby. I had never needed a estate attorney before and had no idea what to do. Mr. Libby made this as painless as he could. I have nothing but praise for him and Cherrie. The process takes time, for any estate lawyer, but according to my family lawyer this could have taken up to 2 years. In short, price, speed, communication, advice and the distance consideration could not been handled better.

He is a very kind patient man in dealing with my elderly friends estate planning-he charges a very fair rate and is always available for follow-up advice-he is so patient with senior citizens and treats them with respect-he is a true gentleman.
