I have no complaints with this firm assisting me in my renewal process for my permanent resident card. They explained everything about the process and answered any questions that either my wife or I had. David Neito was amazing and was regularly in touch with me even with Covids effects on the government. Kathleen Hoyos aided me in anything remaining that David himself wasn’t able to. Great firm and will likely utilize them once I apply for citizenship. Thanks again!

Mr.Cohen helped us with my wife obtaining her Green card. We were a bit timid at first due to so many lawyers not being sure about our case and saying things were a bit tricky but we quickly became at ease when we contacted Mr.Cohen. In Marshall Cohen and David Nieto we had a team that was at any stage of the immigration process responsive, professional and supportive. The process can be intimidating, cause anxiety and fear but the two gentlemen above did a superb job to minimize those emotions. Mr. Cohen laid out options on how to address our issue with Pros and Cons, clear and direct without trying to minimize the risks. Once a decision was made on the way to go forward Marshall and his team took over. We can say with 100% certainty that we would not have been able to navigate the immigration process by ourselves and even less provide the legal case research that was absolutely necessary.
