Working with Marshall Cohen and his assistant Patrick was probably one of the best decisions we have ever made. Immigration is a scary thing mostly because it's so unfamiliar to us..however after hiring this great team we felt calm abd relaxed knowing that if we made a mistake they were there to help us. Peter and I had trouble with our new postal address and we were not getting our mail....luckily all our important documents were sent to the firm and they notified us immediately....Mr. Cohen's assistant (Patrick) was calm cool and collected during all of our worries. He even made us laugh We received our approval in the most expedient fashion and now we can live happily ever after.

I have dealt with many immigration lawyers trying to solve my problem, but found no one like Antonini in so many things. She is very professional in dealing with different immigration problems and judges, very organized and knowledgeable in what she doing. She always knows different ways to handle the problem and creating chances to win the case. There are no words to say how she is capable of making your experience a lot better than what it is. Capable of handling really difficult cases and solve it in a reasonable time and less cost. Antonini is the best no doubt.

I was introduced to Nisha Karnani through a relative after we received our immigration visas, and were planning the move to US. Like most people, we had a lot of questions to avoid inadvertently getting into immigration status issues. We had to make multiple trips as we were in process of liquidating our assets and winding down loose ends. Like many tech savvy people, we researched Google for any reliable information on what to expect. There was a ton of data on internet, however, most of it is conjecture, and no real reliable information that makes you feel confident of what you were reading. I had also read of horror stories where slight misstatement that took many cases on a wrong path. Most normal human beings, like myself, have a few twists and turns. I was very fortunate to have my case handled by Nisha Karnani, Patrick He and the team at Antonini & Cohen. Nisha is a very good listener. She quickly zoomed down on what exactly the core issues were and quickly provided recommendations to avoid these issues. Nisha had a way of making complicated thing simple and knew what precise information was needed and how best to provide that information in a clear and concise way. What I also liked about her, was that she took note of each concern and followed up with me until it was closed to my satisfaction. This made me and my family very confident. We were so satisfied that we also provided follow up business to have I-131 done for the family. Though the form looks simple, having this done through a reputable firm like Antonini and Cohen, avoids a lot of pitfalls. We were well informed on when to expect Receipt Notice, Notice of Action for finger printing, etc. All the forms were accurately completed, all we had to do is to sign it. Everything went according to the plan and we received our Return Permits within prescribed time and without any complications. We are very happy to have chosen Antonini and Cohen, and particularly Nisha. I would thoroughly recommend this firm to anyone needing immigration lawyer services.

My husband and I first met with Marshall Cohen in 2013 for a consultation to discuss the process of getting him a Greencard. We were very nervous when first going because we had met a couple other lawyers before and none of them gave us any hope. We had also seen the affects that choosing a bad lawyer can make. When meeting with Marshall, he made us feel comfortable immediately. Telling us all about the process and what to expect. Never making promises, but just saying the facts. He told us the risks with each step needed from first proving our marriage to the last step of traveling to Juarez for our Consulate appointment. We worked with different experts in the firm with each filing to be sure that we covered everything. They were thorough and straightforward. Answering all our questions and concerns with understanding. My husband just received his Greencard this month! We are so happy with Marshall and his team who do an AWESOME job!!!

Easy, worry-free, and thorough! Patrick and Marshall were a great help! Everything was handled quickly, follow-up was prompt, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. I am the 4th member of my family to have gone through the citizenship process with Antonini & Cohen Immigration Law Group and they are truly the best. Marshall met me for the interview and oversaw the process and made sure everything went well. Settled me down! I was over-prepared and knew everything, but one can still be a little nervous/ jittery before a big interview like that. Thanks for the help guys!
