Marshall Cohen is a great and knowledgeable lawyer !! he represented me for my Immigration case and has been very helpful throughout the process , I would personally request his service again for any future family immigration cases and would definitely recommend him to everyone . I worked with 4 of the lawyers at this firm who represented me during two separate cases. They all demonstrated a deep understanding of the law, thoughtful and calculated approach to immigration interactions, and excellent client care. Administrative staff and paralegals were also very engaged and organized. All that said, it’s still critical that the applicant also be engaged and communicates very clearly so the firm gets all the accurate inputs they need. Very disappointed in this law firm. I made an appointment to speak with a lawyer about an immigration case and after I submitted the case evaluation payment of $300, I was told the lawyer was on an emergency phone call and to call back in 10 minutes which I did. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, he was still too busy to take my call. Thankfully I received a refund. I find it unfortunate that I was not of importance to this law firm and will take my business to someone who will make my case a priority.
