This attorney will say all the right things to get you to retain her firm, but afterwards things quickly will go downhill. She doesn't return calls, messages, etc. I personally wouldn't refer her to anyone.

Contacted Ms. Randall regarding a negligence and catastrophic injury case in a long-term care facility.  No communication until received a significantly delayed response after multiple inquiries.  I was informed I needed to get the records from the facility and hospital, which I did and forwarded.  Again, no response.  Time elapsed and statute of limitations became an issue which I had expressed from the beginning could be a concern.  Finally, an email rejecting any representation, no reason given.  Sent two messages requesting Ms. Randall contact me to discuss the situation.  No response.

Attorney Randall and her staff are very professional. She cares about her clients. It was a pleasure for her to represent me. I will definitely refer her to my friends and family.
