This really isn't a good look on a firm. Why would the senior partner need to reply for his clients to get some type of response. I was referred to this firm from a former attorney I used in my area, but since my accident was out of state I asked them to refer me to someone. I just got off the phone with them and told them they shouldn't give Foy and Associates because it may hurt their great reputation. I am not a happy client and plan to find another firm.

This firm is full of unprofessionals. They assign you an attorney with so little knowledge about your specific case with so little experience. You are better off saving yourself the stress and time with these people. I should have read the reviews first. It would have made my life easier! And it can be weeks hearing from them!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!!! They will take your money no matter how bad you are injured. This place is a ripoff! They took most of my settlement, let medicare pay my medical bills, took money for hidden fees and tried to lie and cheat me out of the few bucks I had left. You have to settle your own personal property claim and handle all the preliminaries yourself. They sued two insurance companies on my behalf but I only received compensation from one. They refused to tell me anything about the second settlement. I had to threaten to go to the Bar association and the local news media to get the few pennies I received from them. John Foy has to know this is going on under his name. I have filed a complaint against him and his firm and I urge you all to do the same. He is definitely "The Strong Arm" against his own clients!
