I’m giving 5 stars to Dominique Barr, Romanda Turner and Shon Smith only! After my car accident, I was overwhelmed, lost and unsure of the next steps! From the moment this law office contacted me I went to the reviews to get an idea of the level of service you’ll receive. I have heard good things about them! When looking at the reviews I was confident that my case would be handled professionally, effectively and efficiently in a timely manner! I became very dissatisfied and disappointed when I discovered and was approached with very poor communication skills, rude, brash behavior, and was giving the attitude of “non-caring, and I am a bother” to them! Regarding any updates, I rarely received any response or replies. I had to call them! I became extremely frustrated and felt that it was dragging on and felt it was very unprofessional to ignore and mistreat your clients! I ask for someone else to speak to and spoke to Romanda Turner! What a breath of fresh air!!! She gained my respect! She was very patient and kind. She listened and was very helpful throughout my frustration. She got the ball rolling! Thank you Ms. Turner for always greeting me and taking my calls! I was then connected to Dominique Barr! This woman is amazing ya’ll!!! Both women truly exemplifies the epitome of exemplary professionalism, excellent communication and wonderful customer service! Dominique Barr took over my case and remained dedicated to my case until it was finalized! I truly felt completely supported and informed throughout the entire legal process. I could tell that she was advocating for my best interests! She consistently went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain complex details clearly, and keep me updated on every development. Her responsiveness, genuine care and empathy made a difficult and stressful situation significantly more comforting, manageable and easier. Her professionalism and timely communication helped alleviate my stress in this emotional process. She made me feel confident that my case was in the best possible hands. So I did a 5 star review a few years back. I have to change that. Because recently I received a letter from the doctor they sent me to saying they never received their part of the disbursement. Before I got my check they gave me a breakdown. They showed me what they would get, the doctor, and myself. They told me they would pay the doctor. I have called and sent several emails. With very detailed information. I have yet to hear from someone. I called again recently. I was told KIMBERLY was my case manager and KIMBERLY said to email her with all the information. I did as I was told. I still have NOT heard from her nor anyone. Not even am I received your email response. This is very unprofessional. And at this point it’s messing with my life and livelihood as I now have a lien on my name. I have children to take care of and a house to maintain. This lien is going to make things very difficult for me. This needs to be resolved ASAP! I don’t want this doctors office going after me about money I no longer have and that was supposed to be paid from disbursement. I also understand the holiday and some Schedules might have changed. However I’ve been reaching out for 3 weeks now. This is not okay. Very unprofessional. I feel extremely scammed and now I’m at a standstill. I will be reporting to the bar and the better business bureau because these types of games and unprofessionalism can ruin someone’s life.
