I am writing to share the great experience I had with Attorney Amberly Grier. I was in a trucking accident, and she was the best lawyer anyone could ever ask for. Amberly is very nice, kind, attentive, and informative. Every question I had was answered, and every phone call and text message was answered. Amberly gave great advice on things I did not understand. She took the time(no matter what time) to step by step break things down so that I understand the process. I recommend Amberly Grier to represent anyone in a vehicle accident; she is the best!

Calvin Smith Law Ross S. Warsett Is the most unprofessional, rude, uncaring and disrespectful lawyer. This law firm took my case in January of 2024, neglected my case, did not communicate with me regarding the status of my case, and did not give me fair representation. I had a rear end collision, hit by a pickup truck going 45 mph while sitting behind a public bus on a busy 3 lane highway. I was not at fault, I have permanent injuries and I am unable to work. They were negligent and did not collect all evidence from the accident. Although there are two insurance companies Grigio and Hartford, this incompetent law firm took a $20,000 settlement without notifying me and decided not to try to settle for more against my wishes. I found out after seeking a second opinion and legal assistance from another law firm that Calvin Smith Law Group had been sitting on a settlement check for four months. I received no notice of the closing of my case and they left me to fend for myself financially through two hurricanes and family financial hardship. They had no interest in fighting for a larger settlement even though three other attorneys told me, if Ross Warset a partner at the firm would’ve gone to trial, I would have won. I just found out today, November 11, 10 months after taking my case and four months after releasing them as my representation, they were still holding the money from me and not sending it to my new attorney! When I called Mr. Warsett today he wanted to charge a legal fee for sabotaging my case and then sent the checks back to the insurance company instead of forwarding them to me. I hope no one puts their trust in this law firm. They are lazy, dishonest , disorganized and left me high and dry financially with permanent debt and injuries. The most professional firm you ever want to be represented by. Ms. Amberley Grier took amazing care of me and my case . She was punctual , communicated effectively , and truly worked hard to ensure that I had the best outcome . So much so I even referred my friend to her when he experienced a motor vehicles incident . God forbid I ever have another one ; but should that occur , I know I’ll be calling Amberley again .
