I'll cut to the chase. I have filed for one patent and two trademarks with Founders Legal. I had been advised not to pursue the patent by a previous IP firm as they didn't believe we could convince the USPTO to award us protection on our invention. Not only did Yuri rewrite our application (after the previous firm's submission was rejected by the USPTO), but he spent extensive time working with our examiner until we were awarded the patent on our invention. Additionally, I needed to trademark the name for our product and Andrei worked with the examiner until the mark was ours. I still have another trademark making its way through the review process and I have complete confidence in Founders Legal's ability to secure it for my company. TL;DR - Founders Legal is professional, they set reasonable expectations upfront and then they bust their tales working to get their clients the best result possible.
