They kept me up to date & informed every step of the way. The process was lengthy (due to my case situation) but the end results was well worth it. I would definitely recommend. Amazing to work with

First let me say, thank you to HKM and my attorney Rita Cherry. From the beginning to the end she handled my case with great respect and professionalism. Rita was very knowledgeable in my workplace discrimination case. Mrs Cherry really helped me through a tough time, and I’m grateful she was able to help me settle my case.

I'm annoyed I wasted my time just trying to have a conversation with someone at HKM. After calling, submitting their questionnaire and waiting to schedule an initial conversation, they send a generic email at 4:58pm on the 3rd business day explaining how they're rejecting me, but "understand that you've spent a significant amount of time talking with us and sharing some difficult and personal issues"... yeah NO, I NEVER GOT THE CHANCE, but since this is how they do business, I'm glad I didn't waste anymore time on them! Completely unprofessional, proceed at your own risk!

This attorney office is a joke ! I have an ADA denial issue and other employment matter and sent in all my paperwork for intake team to review , it took them a week to get back with me. I kissed a phone call saying they was going to accept my case and then I email asking who called because couldn’t understand the message and Diana Mejia emails me telling me they will not be taken my case. Bad customer service!

I’m currently on hold with the most RUDEST intake person ever and this is the 3rd one because they keep hanging up!!!! I’ve called several Times just to speak to anyone else besides these women who don’t speak good English to verify if a lawyer actually works at this office who’s contacted me to represent in a case and I was told this morning by these women who are being ugly that the attorney doesn’t work there and they have NEVER heard of her yet I was just sent a contract to sign for this firm to represent me! It shouldn’t be this hard to get clarity and these women make you want to run from this firm to be this nasty and unprofessional!!! At this point I feel like I’m being scammed now they just have me on hold until I hang up this is crazy

Service at HKM was excellent. The process was automated yet retained the necessary human element. Both the staff and legal council we professional and they followed through on any inquiry or question I had.

Doug Kertscher And Julie Burke are hands down the best attorneys. I was terminated due to COVID and even though I reached out to Doug on a Saturday, he promptly called me right back (first attorney I know to contact you on a weekend). They both kept me up-to-date on every aspect of my case. They were quick to respond to my emails and return my calls. I could not have asked for a better team to handle my case. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed if you choose them.
