This law office has no communication skills whatsoever.I will never deal with Nor refer anyone to this office. I called regarding my case spoke to a young lady named Latrice. She was rude, nasty, and very Curt. In my opinion, the office manager for this office needs To reevaluate this young ladies, customer service skills because they are horrible. From day one all I received was the runaround From scheduling appointments for x-rays To doctors visits. I was being charged by doctors that I didn’t even see. So if you’re dealing with this Law office, make sure you are on your peas and cues because they really don’t give a damn.
