Elizabeth was my case manager, great and very professional! Since she is no longer works there....I have had to constantly call to find out the status of my case. When I do call...I am on hold for 20 mins at at time, no one gets back in the phone, I have to call back, only to be on hold for 20 mins again...this occurred 4x!! This is unacceptable, very unprofessional xx and not good customer service. I am waiting on my settlement and have not heard anything from anyone! I even referred people to this law firm and they are also very dissatisfied with their services!! Unfortunately, I had another accident and I went to another firm that has been very professional. Based upon the commercials, they need to be charged with false advertisement!! I’m highly disappointed and they want get a percentage of my settlement!! I sure hope I will benefit after being hit while stopped at approximately 55mph!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

My experience with Teair Thompson was excellent. She was in contact with until my issue was resolved. If she said she would call .....she did.

Terrible service. If I could leave no stars I would! Called in to seek legal help was put on hold 3 times, rep was very rude and was not interested in what I had to say. Explained what happen to her, was put on hold when she came back she says what can I help with as I go to explain she cuts me off and puts on hold again. Then finally comes back and says no we won’t help, there nothing we can do, asked if there was any legal advice she could lend she responds I told you no there’s nothing y’all to someone else or your insurance. This was the worst experience ever!!! I’m beyond joyed I will not be working with them and highly suggest working with any other company besides them.

I never heard from anybody besides when I call. My case manager was Erin, she does not keep you updated with anything it’s like you have to keep calling them to get answers. I call them one day and they tell me someone else is over my case which they still haven’t told me this I had to call them to find that information out. It’s like I have to do their job. Oh when you ask to speak to Mr Sanders he is never in the office. Once I called them again they tell me the case has been dismissed when I haven’t heard from them in about 2 months. SMH I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody!

Trash !!! They didn’t do anything I still have thousands of dollars worth of Doctor bills!! Only received my rent for settlement check!! Them being your representation they do not have the best interest at heart. They only care about getting your case close. So they get they money. I’m very disappointed!!!

Andrew Dean was very professional and responsive handling my case. He always kept me up to date on the status of my case. I highly recommend!

Needs to do better with updates
