Ben was the first lawyer to respond on a Sunday night to an urgent landlord tenant issue. He spent a half hour with me the next day explaining what I needed to do and was honest in advising me at the end of the consultation that the issue was clear cut enough that I didn’t need a lawyer. I really appreciated his personal demeanor and his clear communications. Would hire for future legal needs.
