Michael is absolutely the best. Not only is he a good person, he is a great attorney. 2019 I was in a horrible car accident involving a semi truck. With patience and his great work, I am able to rebuild my life. He is truly the best.

My experience with Gumprecht Law Firm was excellent. My attorney, Michael Gumprecht, gave my case all the time and attention that was needed to be successful in the negotiations with the insurance company. He was a calming and confident presence to speak with and represent me and my wife. Even though it ended up being a smaller claim than was first thought I was never once treated as anything other than a valuable client by Mr. Gumprecht. I very much appreciate the knowledge and support I received through his office.

There aren't enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Michael and his team. Michael's approach, compassion, attention to detail, transparency and responsiveness are second to known! Michael represented a client of mine who's husband was unfortunately killed in an auto accident and was able to open and close the case within 4 short months victoriously! His approach and compassion regarding the case were as if it involved someone in his own family. That's a rare quality in today's world and certainly didn't go unnoticed! Having been in law enforcement for years, I knew many of the tricks attorneys use to rip off their clients, so I tried to be careful when I went looking for one to inform me of my rights and possible legal remedies. Per his website, Mr. Bullard’s credentials are impeccable leaving no doubt that he knows what the law is. Therefore, it was my fault for giving him a $5,000 retainer to research my case to see if during my stay in prison the tolling rules applied to me – something someone even less skilled as he should have been able to tell me over the telephone. He was courteous and even changed some things in his contract at my request. However, I missed the line that stated in BOLD: "If any dispute arises, all initial retainer fees are nonrefundable, and all hours are charged at $350 per hour + expenses, regardless of initial retainer." I signed the contract and accept all responsibility for doing it. I just never envisioned someone would have the gall to put a clause like that in a contract so that he/she would be legally able to keep all the retainer by just having a dispute with their client. I would have thought that an attorney would have been happy getting $5,000 to supposedly research something that he/she should have already known. If you wish to hire someone who is knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and bold enough to do things others would not dream of doing, and have the funds to afford him, I highly recommend Mr. Bullard. Just be more watchful than I was.

Very happy my mom recommended Micheal after having a drunk driver hit my car and it getting totaled as a result. Always communicated in a timely matter, kept me updated every time the next step would come up. Definitely worked in my best interest 10/10, would recommend!

Allow me to start my saying “Mike is a beast”. I literally never had to retain an attorney before Michael needless to say, I was extremely terrified based off the horror stories I’d heard about not being able to contact your attorney when needed, or them simply treating you according to how much “they would make “ off your case. However, that was NOT the case here. Michael literally treated my case like I mattered. I honestly can’t recall ever texting him 🤨Yes , I said it “texting him” because he that committed to his clients, and not hearing back immediately. It was the smoothest claim I’ve ever seen or hear of. He was always pleasant and never made me feel as if I were annoying him with questions ( when I’m sure I did). Needless to say, I pray I never need him again but if I do, I have no worries that he has my best interest at heart. Thank You again Mike.

Michael Gumprecht is the best lawyer! He was recommended to me after I was hit hard by a landscaping truck which hurt me badly. I wound up needing surgery and other therapy. Every time I had a question or needed help, Michael made himself available to me personally, and fought very hard for me legally. Even though I had a history of prior spinet treatment, the insurance company settled for their entire policy size because of Michael fighting for me. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome, and I'm glad he was referred to me personally instead of me trusting a TV commercial or billboard. It made all the difference in the world. Highly recommend this firm.
