My wife and I battled USCIS for almost 7 years to get a K1 Visa. She provided a brief for the waiver (which was granted) that was exceptional. Every time the government delayed or messed up (like sending things to the wrong embassy) she was there. We ultimately had to go to my congressional representative and her knowledge of that process helped us finally get the visa.

Laura and Melody are great at what the do. They answer all your questions in a very timely manner. They get all your procedures approved fast. They work hard for you and I highly recommend them. My attorney before them just pushed. Me to settle and turns out I needed another surgery. Laura and Melody never made me full like they wanted me to settle my claim before I was ready too.
