The receptionist got an attitude with me all because I called on Friday, Monday, and Tuesday to try and schedule a consultation for an urgent matter. I was never rude but the receptionist tried telling me the message I left sounded like I was “frustrated” when in fact I was being polite and speaking in a normal tone. She then continued to tell me I was wrong for trying to follow up with them. You would think working at a lawyers office they would know the difference between urgency versus frustration but I guess not. I’ve worked with many lawyers over the years and this is the first time I’ve ever been scolded by a receptionist. This told me everything I need to know about this firm. I’m sure Angela is a great lawyer and easy to deal with, but her receptionist is not pleasant to speak to. If I remembered the name of the receptionist I would’ve included it in this review, but unfortunately I do not. For the record , I spoke to multiple receptionist at her firm and everyone was great to speak with other than this ONE receptionist who wanted to have an attitude with me all because I followed up with them. My mistake if I called on a Friday when they were closed, but that does not warrant an attitude. …….. Response to Angela: So it’s valid for your receptionist to tell me I’m frustrated but when I sense an attitude and point it out that isn’t valid? If I’m lying then make the audio of the phone call public and let the people decide. You’re a lawyer so I don’t blame you for trying to defend somebody that was in the wrong, but you can’t tell me she didn’t have an attitude when she clearly did.
