Angela was a tremendous help during my divorce. When everything seemed hopeless, Angela stepped in and saved me from financial ruin. She was always available when I called and acted promptly to address my concerns. I was referred to Angela by a friend who had also sought her assistance during his divorce and she successfully helped him with a DUI case as well. I am grateful that I chose Angela as my attorney. She provided invaluable support during the most stressful period of my life.

Edit** After several years of working in Atlanta as an attorney, I have come to know Alex Northover as the attorney that attorneys use. There is no higher praise. End Edit** Attorney Northover takes the time to look into a case to make sure you are not being left injured and needing care. He doesn't turn people away because their case is "too small'.

Guilty party's insurance (State Farm) was fighting me on medical bills after I got rear ended. Alex got them covered and then some! Very professional and creative attorney! Highly recommended.

Run... Clients are pretty much a number, despite giving the opposite impression. Filled out an inquiry form early one Weds morning.  Ironically, we were called for a consult just a few hours later. On Friday, we paid our retainer.  We were told that day, our file was being put together and our attorney would be in touch on Monday. Monday comes & nothing...a couple of days later, we call to make sure they actually received our payment because we've heard from no one.  They had & we were again told they were putting our file together & someone would reach out to us by the end of business tomorrow. The next day comes and at 5:15 PM, we receive documents requesting signatures.  Problem is, documents have the incorrect names on them on a few pages.  Picture it, page 1 has the correct name, page 2 doesn't, page 3 is a completely different name from pages 1 & 2. They took a week to "put our file together" & still didn't know their client's name.  🙄 We still hadn't heard from our attorney & that's when we learned the person with whom you have a consultation, isn't necessarily the attorney who represents you.  For lack of better words, they basically "spin a wheel" for new clients & wherever it lands is your attorney. *By the way, we landed on an attorney who was on vacation, so we wouldn't have heard from him anyway.* We were told to contact Samantha Hall & let her know we'd like our attorney switched to the consultation attorney. We emailed her & no response.  Samantha is pretty good at not responding; I'll come back to that. After our hour-long conversation with the attorney assigned to represent us, we were left with more questions than answers.  We decided this wasn't the firm for us.  We sent a message asking to end representation & for the remainder of our retainer to be returned. The next day, the attorney calls asking "if it's something I said?"  I think that call was the final straw for us. A month later, we receive a refund of $1025.  We also received an email from none other than Samantha Hall, stating we have a balance of $1475.  We've called, left voice messages & sent emails regarding this & we're on week 3, Samantha has yet to respond. Save your sanity.  Run from this firm. Our new attorney has suggested we file a complaint with the bar regarding all of our issues.. Seriously, save yourself the headache. *I see the firm edited their response, I've attached pics to support my review. Nothing in my review was misleading. Pic 1: The email from Samantha Hall stating we have a past due balance of $1475. Pic 2 & 3: Receipts for $1000 of the $1025 we were refunded. This was the remainder of our retainer that wasn't used. Pic 4: The original response from the firm. They've since edited & claim I'm some person who's complained for months. Not true, in the least bit. Also, we have NEVER asked for any work to be done for free....EVER. Pic 5: Our bill that was attached to the email from Samantha Hall. This pic shows you when we became a client, each time we had a conversation with an attorney (two times, total--not sure how that equates to "constant communication").

Alex and his team are professional and very passionate about fighting for your legal rights. Alex is very thorough and will find a way to get his clients the best legal representation for their injury cases. He will look at all possible avenues to get you the treatment you need, and a nice settlement to compensate for your injuries at work. He really goes all the way for his clients.
