If you're looking for outstanding service, helpfulness, and a personable demeanor, your search for a lawyer has ended. Mr. Suggs was there for every step of my accident aftermath, injury treatment, insurance claim and all. He never spared an informative answer to my many questions. You always hear about people getting taken advantage of in this professional environment. I was blessed enough to not experience any of those nightmares, in fact, Mr. Suggs was a dream come true. Some of these reviews must have accidentally clicked on the wrong lawyer, or maybe living in an alternative universe. I treated Mr. Suggs with due respect, and he repaid me exceedingly with respect and diligence to my issues. Do not hesitate to have Mr. Suggs handle your legal matters.

Mr. Suggs was an all-around class act when it came to assisting me. If I ever had any questions regarding my case, I spoke to HIM, not a secretary or associate. He made it extremely easy for me to access him so that I could get the best value for my dollar. I never had to sit in anxiety over different aspects of the process. Mr. Suggs is an example of what a great attorney should be: Confident, Passionate, Empathetic, and Reassuring. I am not sure why the "Avvo Rating" is comparatively low of this lawyer. Maybe it has to do with some sort of marketing the company does to sustain their site. In any case, Mr. Eldridge Suggs embodied what a legal representative should be when representing a client. He was respectful and outgoing from the very start and treated me as if I were his first client. Any questions I had, I got the opportunity to talk to him personally. He was very knowledgeable about handling my personal injury, and provided me with great explanations and reasoning, instead of just here-say. Mr. Suggs was cooperative and flexible in terms of compensation for his services, which I will be forever grateful for. He treated me like a person. The legal society needs more people like Mr. Eldridge Suggs; willing to fight for whatever is right, no matter how long or what it takes.

I was in an car accident and tried to deal with the insurance company on my own. They didn't want to accept responsibility for the accident even though their insured was in the wrong. I was hit by a car who pulled in front of me. The impact was hard enough that it caused my air bags to deploy. The other driver was clearly at fault. I suffered burns on my chest from the air bag impact as well as cuts and bruises on my legs and arms. The other party's insurance tried to minimize my damages as well as the well-being of my health. Attorney Suggs refused to back down on my behalf, which was why I chose him in the first place (disciplined by the bar because he would not back down from the other attorney). His diligence and expertise were the reasons why my settlement was $157,000 more than what the insurance company tried to settle my case.

I was in a recent car accident and the other driver was at fault. The driver was charged with DUI. I was referred to Attorney Suggs. As a guy who generally does not like lawyers, I have to say retaining with Mr. Suggs was a good decision for our family. He helped us with our car wreck settlement and would not back down from insurance company’s initial offer. He was truly on our side every step of the way.

What a nightmare experience! My wife and I had an argument that got out of hand. The neighbors called the police and I was taken to jail. A friend of mine told me about Mr. Suggs. After reading his reviews, I contacted his office and he took the time to explain my options and what I could expect in front of a judge. I told Mr. Suggs that I contacted him based on what I had read. At that time, I also told him that I hope I would be one of his clients writing a review. Needless to say I am. I went to court this morning. Mr. Suggs was there waiting for me. Long story short, things worked out better than I expected. Yes, I am happy to get this behind me so I can move on.
