My case seemed to take forever but they did a good job. I'm just an impatient person. My settlement exceeded my expectations.

They have been extremely slow with communication. Taking days to respond back. They do not give you much insight on your case. To expand on the issue with My25%, I contacted you on the 16th and was supposed to get a call back by the end of the week. No one contacted me, so I called back on the 23rd. The lady told me she will find someone to get back with me as soon as possible. After not getting a phone again I tried calling on the 25th but only got the voicemail. Today the 26th I drove to the office to find that I am not the only one dealing with this issue. After letting it be known I’m not leaving till I talk ed to someone I finally got a call back from Imani. She did a great job of tracking down what the problem was. This all could have been resolved back on the 11th but the ball was dropped. I have faith that Imani will do her due diligence and get this resolved.

Overall, I had a good experience with this law firm. The entire process took about 1 year from the date of the accident to the date I got my settlement check. My communication with the firm was consistent. They checked in regularly. They updated me on the what was going on so that I was in the loop. My case was only 25% + a $199 administrative fee. I had to pay nothing up front, just provide info and let them do their job. Being patient with the process is key. Happy client for sure.

Don't go there . You will be doing all the work . I had to keep calling, and emailing to finally talk to someone and then was told they don't think I can get the most so therefore I can careless about the 25% I rather deal with 33% lawyers cause this is definitely not the attorney to deal with and you never talk to a real attorney..so good luck
