Having a terrible time with this company as far as with communicable skills and keeping their word on timing. They are poor in effectiveness conherantly when dealing with property damage and medical. They are shallow and vague and have still yet to have anyone clear up any misunderstandings. I hope the people in my surrounding areas such as Douglasville, Villa Rica, Haralson County, Temple and Carrollton decide to choose a different company. Even Sharara is better than this place it seems. They seem to think i am at fault for my accident despite the police report and are trying to get me to pay my own medical. Come on. Someone give me a break.
