My experience started out good. I ended my therapy early in a couple of months from opening my case to try to speed up the process. It didn't work 😆. It stretched out for another 7 months. My first attorney was responsive even if it was for her just to tell me the insurance have 30 days. I accepted that because of her acknowledgement to my inquiries. The issue I had was that I had to do a lot of follow up even after the time frame lapsed. The second attorney I had extensive delays in responses smh it was as if I was working for the company and not the company working for me. I'm very disappointed but its all wrapped up now and I have moved on. And to the owner that responded never said my case wasn't handled sufficiently I said the second attorney had extensive delays in communicating. I have proof so let's not go there. You didn't experience it so how can you tell me what she did and didn't? I can send you all the proof you need. She barely responded when she did it was because I CC someone else. Thanks!
