Been almost a year with little communication case still not closed. They will not communicate with you it will be months in between contact from anyone.

BE AWARE! If you have a basic case, then probably ok. Otherwise, I would look for another firm❗️ This firm seems to only want easy cases not cases where you have to fight for a fair settlement! Communication at times was slow as well. I was told I could pursue my uninsured motorist claim on my own. Paralegal/staff almost ruined my uninsured motorist claim by having me sign a general liability release instead of a limited liability release❗️I caught this mistake because I have legal knowledge. This huge mistake would have cost me the ability to seek at a minimum tens of thousands in additional damages. It was very hard and discouraging looking for a new attorney! Luckily, I found a new firm to handle my uninsured motorist claim, Farris, Riley & Pitt LLP; So far, I am pleased! Praises to the most high that I found a new firm!
