The reason I decided to go with My 25% lawyer was because of the reviews. Please don’t believe any of the reviews. I’ve been dealing with them for almost a year. I’ve been assigned to 3 different case managers within the past 11 months. Vernon was fired, Erika resigned, and now I have Stephanie. They can’t keep employees. The communication is terrible!! Naisha, the COO of My 25% Lawyer reached out at the beginning of October. She made me feel a little bit more confident about the process for a moment. I was told by Stephanie that a demand was mailed out to the insurance company on October 25th. The insurance company has 35 days to review the demand before coming back with a response to the demand. They do not count the holidays or the weekend. We should hear from the insurance company, hopefully by the second week in December. Once we hear from them, I will be able to reach out to you. Fast forward to January 18th, we’re well past 35 days at this point. I’ve reached out to Stephanie numerous times just for simple updates and haven’t heard from her until today when she finally answered my call. She told me today that she saw nothing regarding my case and will try to reach out to someone to see what’s going on. These people will give you the run around, no one ever know what’s going on with your case. I probably won’t hear from her for another 6 months. I’m beyond frustrated and wish I never chose them to represent me. Please go with someone else if you’re thinking about choosing them. The worse experience I’ve ever had, hands down.

They never call you, you must call them for updates. My case settled in November and I still haven't received my check. It took three weeks to "clear" now I have to wait another week because they only cut checks on Thursdays. This has been the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. I will never be using them again.

Esther Vayman is an amazing lawyer and a wonderful person. If you have a legal matter, you definitely want Esther and her team on your side. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lawyer Clayton Kimbrel made my sleepless night case disappear like it was nothing. He was so helpful and made me felt relieved and am glad his work made all charges dropped and my license was not suspended or get any point on my driving record. I will recommend y’all used him because he is the real plug on traffic stuff.

Used him twice. He did an amazing job. Didn’t have to go to court as he took care of everything. If I needed to, I would use him again (but I promised him I wouldn’t get in trouble again!)

Tom was highly recommended by an associate. He patiently listened and answered my questions regarding a complex matter and provided . His style and approach is direct but very professional. My case manager name was D’Anna and my Attorney name so they claim was Eden and they said she reached out to me and then they turn around and say “oh I don’t know why she didn’t call you” I have been emailing and calling to leave messages to get updates on my case if they were able to get the policy information on the at fault party and no one would ever return my calls or messages and I also had questions about my treatment and seek my a 2nd opinion on my injuries My accident happened on 12/23/23 and I hired them on 12/26/23 they terminated services on 1/5/24 but I have yet to receive this letter. No one gave me an answer as to why they terminated I had been calling to speak with someone and NO ONE would return my messages or PHONE calls. I asked for the manager information to file a complaint about the communication issues and they refuse to give it to for me so I can file a complaint also while I was on the phone Eden(Attorney) was laughing at me while I was only trying to seek clarification as to why and why no one was returning my phone calls. I told Eden that no one talked to me rudely but they did act like they did not care while talking to them the lack of communication is terrible here I do not understand why they cannot respond to message or call someone on the phone to give them a update Having the attorney fees at 25% means that you get terrible service as well. I recommend going with a regular lawyer and just pay the 33% for better Quality of services. Which I have done and recommend anyone else to not do business with them. This is someone livelihood on the line you should be communicating quickly with all clientele… you really do get what you pay for here. (I never threatened anyone, or even cussed directly towards my Attorney, Why would I do that and you’re helping me with my claim?? I spoke firmly about the AT FAULT PARTY so let’s make that clear, and I never even spoke with the insurance adjuster— so I’m not sure what you’re saying that’s a lie…and if you cannot handle me speaking firmly on what I need done then you need to get some stronger lawyers with a backbone) I should have stuck with my original attorney that handle all my finances and trust account but I said I wanted to do this quickly and try to save some money. but it goes to show that cheap is NOT BETTER.

The whole concept of the 25% is a little. The only thing you can relate to 25% is the quality of the service and communication you will receive from these less than ambitious people. I am still injured, they work with Ortho Spine and Sport who will inflate their bills , essentially pencil whipping documents while you the client are still hurting and you won’t be able to afford the care you need based on their process. They claim to charge attorneys fees if 25% even if your case goes into litigation which is absolutely false. I was willing to go to litigation due to still being injured after their fake claims for the insurance so that I could really recover. I will never be able to wear heels again amongst other things and the settlement which eventually agreed to is no consolation for what I experienced. I could have had some idea of where I was medical bill wise if I’d just received a return call or maybe had the paralegals returned messages I left I. The portal. Emails and calls went unanswered and unresponsive for months so you are being charged thousands and may not have even began receiving care that will actually help you. I was told my case would settle before the Holidays and it has not , I was told I’d receive communication today regarding pay put for tomorrow, that has not happened as well. The old saying goes you get what you pay for. My recommendation go somewhere where your business is appreciated and respected it won’t happen here. There is obviously no space to respond, so I will update here. My damages went well above the policy limit, that is what litigation is for. Your office discontinued me being seen by the orthopedic doctor without my knowledge and when I had questions I went MONTHS without being responded to. I had to call customer support and make complaints after constantly getting no response to my messages in the portal or calls and even emails. I called and emailed one month when Crystal was my paralegal, she emailed that she was on a call and would call back. I never heard from her again. I continued to send communication then I got another paralegal who was slightly better. I was specifically told that you all would outsource my litigation if my case went into litigation and at that time the fees would go up. I have NO reason to lie. My ankle never got care, my ankle was my biggest injury and the MRI showed torn ligaments, and nothing. I contacted the doctor they said I need to contact my attorney. I contacted the paralegal because the attorney never spoke with me either and that is when I didn’t hear anything for 2 months. This experience was terrible I had as completely cheated. Ortho spine and sport charged $28,000 for lidopro, would not take my initial exams and wanted to do the very same exams/images. And then reduced the bill to $7,000, I literally got no help there one injection in my back that made it much worse and then would not follow up with me. This is your doctor that you all sent me to. I shared my experience and I hope it helps someone not get cheated by you guys like I did. I got $6000 and an ankle that is still messed up. You guys suck.
