From day one, the intake lady took the time to answer every single question I had. I had never been through the accident process before and was very nervous and unsure about choosing a firm. I originally signed with another firm but quickly switched to the My 25% firm and VERY happy I did.

The results speak for themselves. These people produce results. I like that they share information instead of hiding information. They were upfront, honest and efficient in getting my case resolved. Definitely would recommend.

After calling several firms, I chose the My 25% Lawyer because of their lower fees. My case manager has been exceptional. She educated me and kept me updated on my case. She always returns my emails and is very patient. I hope I never have to go through this process again but if I do, it will be with this firm.

I hired this firm last year after my accident in a ride share. I appreciate the commitment to my case that the attorney and my case manager showed me. I would definitely use them again. I felt like it was a great deal all things considered.

This happen in 2022!! Really aggravated with this law firm. After several times of trying to check on the status of my case with several different paralegals and mangers at this firm and receiving no response they decided to not represent me anymore. My case received the attention it needed after writing a review about how unprofessional the firm is. I finally spoke with Mr. Dimmock who didn't really care about me as the customer and just the reputation of his firm and wanting me to remove my review. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. It's not worth the aggravation. The cheaper way is not always the best way remember that.

Clayton Kimbrel did a fantastic job helping me with my FTA for an expired registration. He is very responsive and pleasant to work with and was able to get my case resolved quickly (rather than waiting two months for an FTA hearing). I will be recommending him to everyone I know for traffic tickets!
