**Response to My25 lawyer** I NEVER stated I was satisfied with the settlement in no shape or form! I have NOT received the settlement yet and the service received so far has been EVERYTHING but great. This firm lacks so much it is ridiculous. I’m just ready for this to be over. Lesson learned. I will not use My25Lawyer ever nor will I recommend the firm. The nerve you guys have to respond to a bad review but when the client is reaching out about their case you guys never respond or take a minimum of 2 weeks. Please! ** UPDATE as of 10/26/2022** So I have been dealing with this unprofessional, unpleasant, unreliable, unresponsive law firm since 2021. They were able to settle but I have NOT heard from them. I was told the check was mailed 10/12/22. I have reached out weekly for an update and they have NOT responded. I will never use this firm again! I think it is true to say that these positive reviews are FAKE! This firm has been everything BUT helpful and responsive! My paralegal was changed no one told me! They do not and have not updated me on my case and what is happening! I have called and called and left messages and they go unreturned! So the commercial that you guys have where y’all say all that good stuff like y’all getting clients money and before the end of the year is a lie! My case happened in August 2021 and I am chasing y’all just to get a update!

I got Stopped for a ridiculously petty violation, I worked with Kimbrel Firm and they got me a settlement that was better than I was expecting, with legal fee and settlement it was still less than just paying the ticket and I didn't have to go to court or get any points, Would highly recommend!

Why would you bring a knife like law group with you to fight your battles? Bring in a BIG GUNN LAW GROUP.

I was turned on by the THOUGHT of this 25% but I guess Crystal's work load is too heavy because It's been over a year and I haven't seen ANYTHING... They haven't even brought it to court yet... I keep getting told to call the places myself for the bills... What are y'all getting paid for exactly...I should have contacted the insurance company myself...
