Keith and Robert communicated with me constantly through the entire process keeping me up to date with the progress and what to expect in my case. They were very prompt to see I was sent to first class service providers which included a MRI specialist, Chiropractor and an Orthopedic physician. Not only did the treatments I received within their network bring me great relief to my shoulder and neck injury but they also helped me receive the appropriate compensation for my pain and suffering and property loss. HORRIBLE ATTORNEY COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN SWAPPED AROUND FROM DIFFERENT PARALEGALS AND CASE MANAGERS SINCE 2021. MY ACCIDENT WAS IN 2021 AND HERE WE ARE 2022, MY INSURANCE COMPANY EMAILS ME AND TELLS ME MY CASE MANAGER AND PARALEGAL SENT HIM AN EMAIL STATING THEY DO NOT REPRESENT ME ANYMORE. WHEN WAS THIS GOING TO BE ADVISED TO ME! THIS COMPANY SUCKS AT COMMUNICATION. I havent been able to speak with anyone about my case since LAST YEAR! NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS, EMAIL, NOTHING! NOW I AM LEFT OUT OF THE BLUE AND DONT KNOW ANYTHING THAT WENT ON WITH MY CASE! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!!!!
