Definitely will be using Brandon Dixon law firm if I was ever in an accident again. I’ve dealt with Brandon himself, Annette and Lonnie and they were all wonderful. They were very open, honest and upfront about my case and made sure I got the most out of my settlement.

They are professional, honest, kind and punctual. When I first called Brandon Dixon Law office, I was a bit of a nervous wreck(literally! I had just got into a multiple collision) this was my first car wreck and I had no idea what to do. Brandon had given me the best advice and I mean he was blunt about everything. He guided me through what I needed to do. Then came his assistant Lonnie, who was also great help! She made sure to call to keep me updated on the case( I didn’t feel left in the dark). She was always ready to answer any questions I had. Lonnie would listen and show genuine interest in what I had to say; she was reliable and persistent. These two were great help! I appreciate everything they have done! I would definitely refer them to my friends and family if they were ever in a accident.

An amazing team! From the first phone call with Brandon I knew I was in good hands. Then Annette took over my case for him and proved herself to be an amazing ally and got me the fullest amount possible for my claim. Horrible service. Not very thorough. It seems as though they might have too many cases to actually care. They definitely don’t care about my kids, who were in the accident. I regret picking them. No help just another headache like the accident wasn’t enough. They give no advice, outcomes, or anything. They couldn’t even tell me what they were doing. My case was almost two years ago and they are working? I think they threw my case in the back until I took their disgusting offer they keep trying to push on me. Just deplorable. They got more money than me and my kids and WE were hurt. I didn’t see anyone in that law office at a chiropractor or driving around Georgia for doctors appointments and scans. At least if your going to F me over, turn on the lights! I asked him negotiate another offer and they did NOTHING. Called months after I sent several emails and said, “I better take this money due to a statue of limitations!” What a joke!!! You don’t call or anything for MONTHS then, BAM! Take the money and take a hike? I hate them. They just want their money and forget about your health and piece of mind.

Dealing with a car accident can be challenging but when it’s a semi 18 wheeler is more complicated. With COVID my case took longer to close but I’m thankful because Lonnie was helpful from beginning to end, from answering question to meeting me outside of the building due to my tight work schedule. She was kind, professional and understanding. Lonnie and Attorney Dixon work well together. Attorney Dixon was helpful with any questions I had and was understanding as well. I would recommend anyone to this law firm.
