Yes it was a slow process and a small settlement with various fees .But Johnny took my case when others had dropped it due to the insurance company denying claim. So I will give him and his team their props.. Thanks again Johnny

I had previously thought they would be real go getters and try to get some type of compensation, but after never hearing from them they finally told me since it had been so long it would basically not be profitable for them to put any more effort into my. Ase. First of all if you would have done a little more and not taken the first responses given something might have been settled. Not a firm that follows through.

If your looking for a lawyer to promise you every thing you want to here and then do nothing but lie and not stay in contact with you than this will be the perfect place for you. Good luck cos you will need it if you are expecting to get anything? Worst experience I have ever been a part of!

This law firm is filled with nothing but liars… Everything they have said to me is one big lie.. Looking for a lawyer to sue them.. Have been calling for 6 months about and reimbursement from the insurance company .. after only getting me a few thousand , the Law firm said the offer is 25,000 and I only get 4.. so for and rear end accident they get the bulk of the money. after only doing chiropractor visits.. and the chiropractor was cheap….. Can’t trust anyone anymore.. just sad and bad for business..

Total waste of time I at first thought they were going to be an excellent representative for my case I was involved in an accident however that was just a facade for a business that is the most unprofessional and non-responsive bad customer service I've ever dealt with honestly and I've never dealt with a lawyer before but I can't imagine that anybody with a possible lawsuit would want to go to. Long story short I got the runaround the lady that represented the company so well in the beginning did not want to return my calls anymore after she referred me to a case manager who obviously did not know what he was doing never got to speak to an attorney the whole thing was just a totally ridiculous customer service experience overall. They wasted all this time of mine that could have been spent actually working on my case with another attorney that was more professional. I could give details but it's going to drag out into a long story here but just could not believe how they went about handling their business! One last thing I just read the reviews here and several sound exactly like mine I did not read them before I wrote this what I can say is always read reviews I never read the reviews before I just retained this attorney.

If I could give this firm "0" star, I will! Stay away from this law office! They are very unprofessional in all the ways. They don't return calls for months. They had my case for almost 2 year and I can not remember how many people worked on it (at least 4 different people). I never met the lawyer Johnny Phillips, just his team work. These people do not fight for your case, they only look for they own benefit. I never recommend this lawyer to any person ever. They called me one day and recorded me accepting a deal and then two weeks later, another person called me again offering me another deal, that I do not accepted. But they still make the deal with the insurance company. This process was a nightmare in all the aspects. Stay away from this place!!!!!

I am so glad I had Johnny Phillips to help me when I was injured in a car accident. Insurance companies try to take advantage of people who did not have legal representation, and Johnny is not afraid to go to battle for his clients. It was a long road to recovery, but Johnny and his staff were there supporting me every step of the way. I am very pleased the settlement and the services I received.

Well, I have had better communication and I'm hoping this turns out better than it has been so far, found out the car that ran my car over and totaled it had let the insurance lapse on the car he was driving! Who does that? Why they did not catch that at the scene I'll never know, cops for ya! But that's why it was taking so long for them to let me know anything, they had to investigate if it was true, and if there was any other way to recoup the money for all my injuries & my car, my dog, and not being able to work!! It turns out I have to get my own insurance to help me ,I luckily had full coverage ,under & uninsured motorist with bodily injury! I won't get any real amount for all my losses but maybe I'll get my injuries fixed to be able to work and another car to get back to some sort of normalcy,I'm counting on johnny Phillips to get justice for the aweful crime this man did and his blatent disregard for life and the rules of the road!! I'll keep everyone up to date as the story of unfolds! Thank you Mr Phillips for all you do!!

This guy has a spokeswoman talking for him in his commercials can he talk for you in court? Now he has cartoons in his commercials what is wrong with this guy?

I have to say this was better experience than K&P. K&P only emailed me and didn’t get no calls or updates and the paycheck was horrible. JP did a better service where they took over because K&P couldn’t finish the job. JP check was twice as times higher than what K&P gave me. JP was very detailed and straightforward with everything and yes, couple of times they made a little mistake like they forgot to respond my emails, but it was taken care of right away once I had mentioned to them. The service was wonderful and friendly... I can literally say I would call them again if I get into another accident. I deleted K&P and replace them with JP 💯. Thank you all for what y’all did for me ☺️
