This law firm only takes cases with no complications. I was involved in an accident with a semi-truck. I received a citation which in my opinion was incorrectly written. Foy and Associates turn the case down because of the citation. If you have an accident that involves any issues this firm won't take the case. Find someone else.

I reached out to John Foy & Associates after my accident and they was extremely helpful and caring throughout the entire process. Jeremy Hawkins was assigned to me and made this process extremely easy. They helped me find the right doctors and even kept me informed throughout the entire process. I never had to call them and I allowed Jeremy to do his job which was above and beyond what I ever expected I would receive. He will fight for you to make sure you get fair compensation.

Horrible communication. My attorney quit the firm in the middle of my case. Instead of trying to reach out I had to call them to find out. They actually recommended us to get another attorney for my case. Do not I repeat Do not use them. And yes they do charge 40%
