I am grateful for the attorney Patty Kim and her associates .She is very knowledgeable . They assisted me with the aspects of my accident and answered any questions and addressed any concerns that I had during the case . I am pleased with the outcome . After a hit and run accident , I thought I was going to come out of pocket for damages that someone else caused on me because he chose to flee. My attorney Sheldon Dart got me enough to pay my medical bills and more without me having to deal with any of the stress of calling insurance companies and making appointments. With him and Sandra Livingston , I was able to get my treatments and focus on healing while they handled the rest. I would recommend my attorney for any of your personal injury lawsuits.

terrible the paralegal did not work with her main lawyer and he treated me like trash. the hospitals they recommend dont even take lawyer leins and they act like thats your fault. unless your willing to drive 3 hours. they denied me getting a loan on the case because they didnt listen to what i needed it for. i lost my job over the wreck and was broke and they wouldnt help me complete what they where asking. they didnt even understand physics of a car crash to explain injury. didnt read doctors notes. terrible experience and seriously want justice for what i had to go through just from dealing with john foy. now they are hindering my new lawyer by giving incomplete documents and saying because i was still seeking treatment they dont have my E.R. bill on file. how is that any excuse considering me and the paralegal spent months getting it together. they as lawyers think they are better than you and think they are smarter when they lack information. i would give less than 1 star. i am mad and still hurt because they cant get it together. now making it even harder for me to get the help i need because they think there will be harm to them for being this way. theres no law saying they cant i think but thats why they are doing it, i was nothing but nice and did what they said to do and i was trash to them. i missed work and the lawyer said who told you to do that. I WAS INJURED IN WRECK AND PUT IN A NECK BRACE.

I never know how to respond to this kinda thing and I’d also never been in a wreck, a fight , And this experience opened my eyes to just how quickly your life can be twisted, contused. Injuries I’ll feel and cope with for life. Bc one person just didn’t look and man’s it cost me everything. Luckily I have a few friends that are brothers in my book. Everyone new for sure I’d need surgery, if it wasn’t for the kind hearted personal at Foy I dont know I’f that would have ever actually happened. I can’t praise you guys enough and I absolutely adore your customer service responding soon as you were able, and taking time to explain. I can never thank you guys enough but I reassure you all of some one is in need of a assistant you all won’t find one better. Just Ask my representatives, lol. I am so pleased with John Foy that I had two accidents and called them for both. I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism throughout both of my cases, even when I wasn’t so polite.
