Mr Patel & Mrs Chapman went above and beyond the call of duty for me . They answered every phone call , email , text or concern that I had throughout my process . Many people think it’s easy and like tv but my case took a year but every moment was worth it . I settled‼️‼️‼️Thank you guys so much .

basically a Ghetto Law Factory: Ghetto experience just like the commercials. I should have paid closer attention. Seem to deal in volume of cases vs. quality of care. Red flag#1: They referred me to a bootleg chiropractor instead of a physical therapist. Red flag #2: Receptionist was extremely arrogant, ghetto and disrespectful. Red flag #3: Settlement was so low, for a serious injury, I suspect they work in cahoots with the insurance companies!

NOT GOOD SO FAR WHENEVER I HEAR SOMETHING ITS ME REACHING OUT TO NICOLE PORTER WHO SEEMS TO GET MAD WHENEVER I EMAIL HER LESSON LEARNED NEVER AGAIN.... JUST BE GLAD WHEN THIS IS DONE!!!NEXT TIME GOT TO DO BETTER RESEARCH THESE TV COMMERCIALS WILL FOOL YOU!!!

This has been one horrible experience with this Law firm. First, they took my case and stated that they can help me. It has been a short but long journey. I had my accident Oct. 2019. But this law firm dropped me because they stated they can not work with my case anymore. The accident was not my fault, I got injured in this accident and I will have a life long injury from this accident. I will NEVER EVER recommend this law firm to anyone. Their commercials are strait BS... LIES, LIES, and more LIES....

If you are looking for a company that will infuriate and disappoint... then look no further. A complete package of apathy and inefficiency. As a client who hates customer service...it's thankfully been abysmal since August 2018 and I am AMAZED. At some point I thought they may actually deliver but thankfully they continue to lower the bar and deliver nothing. After spending out of pocket on surgery and switching attorneys multiple times I am on track to continue this frustration for years to come.🤩 I can't wait to receive the nonhelpful response which will continue this clusterfudge. 💯

John Foy and Associates was very easy to work with. They handled basically everything for me, and while my lawyer changed partway through, Nica (who ended up being my lawyer after my prior one left the firm) handled things quickly and professionally.
