i've recently called in and had the pleasure of speaking with i believe his name was Jordi or Jordan Santana. The call was in reference to a recent accident and i was not sure about all the legal steps and mail i have received. He took his time to explain and walk me through the steps. We need more people in the customer service industry like him and his colleagues.
